What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Appivora website and Appivora’s Android and iOS apps, including apps released in the future. It describes our shared privacy practices; an app may provide an additional notice when its features, permissions, or services require more specific information.

Information processed on your device

Values or content you enter, selected options, calculation results, search text, recent items, favorites, and appearance preferences may be processed locally. Local data stays on your device unless you choose a feature that sends it elsewhere. Appivora apps do not intentionally upload entered values, search text, favorites, or clipboard contents. A result is written to the clipboard only when you choose Copy.

Contextual datasets

Some apps may request published datasets, such as currency, time-zone, language, or other contextual data, through Cloudflare or another configured provider. Those requests can expose standard network and delivery information to the provider. Downloaded datasets may be cached on your device; values or content you enter are not included unless the app tells you otherwise.

Optional interaction analytics

Some mobile versions use Firebase Analytics to understand completed interactions. Events may describe a screen, feature, category, unit role, favorite action, copy request, or appearance choice. We do not intentionally send entered values, search text, clipboard contents, passwords, filenames, raw error messages, advertising identifiers, or personal/user identifiers. App settings or the relevant consent prompt provide the available opt-out controls. The website does not currently send these mobile interaction events.

Crash reports

Production Android and iOS builds may use Firebase Crashlytics or another configured diagnostics provider to diagnose stability problems. Reports may include stack traces, app version, operating-system and device information, crash time, and technical identifiers generated by the provider. Development builds may disable crash reporting. We do not intentionally add entered values, search text, clipboard contents, or favorites to crash reports.

Website analytics and consent

Optional website analytics loads after consent where enabled. Appivora sends allowlisted, low-cardinality event parameters and no addresses, query strings, referrers, or user content; the analytics provider may also process technical, device, browser, session, and approximate-location data under its policies. Global Privacy Control disables optional website analytics where available, and you can manage preferences through the consent controls. Advertising signals are disabled.

Service providers and international processing

We may use providers such as Cloudflare, Google Firebase, Apple, and Google Play to host services, deliver content or contextual datasets, provide analytics or diagnostics, and distribute apps. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies and may operate internationally. Appivora does not sell personal information or display ads.

Retention, security, and your rights

Local preferences, favorites, and cached datasets remain until you clear app data or uninstall. Provider-held operational, analytics, and crash data follow configured retention periods, provider terms, and legal/security requirements. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, or withdraw consent. We may verify your identity before responding.
